The one star isn't for poor care of my dog. The one star is for lack of professionalism. I received a letter dismissing me from their practice because I expressed my opinion on social media. I took my dog for a $17 nail trim and that visit ended up costing me $82. My dog was overdue for a rabies shot and they wouldn't do the nail trim without the shot. They knew I was on limited income because I was out of work due to a surgery, yet they insisted on the shot or they would not cut his nails. It also came to my attention that another person received almost the exact letter the same day as I did. In short this is a form of bullying with threats of a legal law suit because they did not like what was written on social media. Although I felt my dog did receive good care here, I am very disappointed in their less than desirable customer service. They are very quick to dismiss customers instead of addressing the situation and doing their best to correct it. If you use them as your veterinarian plan on bringing the bank ! And after reading some of the responses on here from CC, it is obvious they are on defense. What kind of business comes back at people so angry ??? Again, they do not try to fix, they try to defend themselves. Shameful at best.
I recently FEEL I had horrible experience with this place of business! And it wasn't that they hurt my animals, the lack of customer service friendlyness and compassion. I FELT harassed, bullied and right out dis- respected. They care more about my bank then my dog!
This place is a joke! Anything negative said about them (which is quite often) they will mail out the same letter to each person, stating that there could be a lawsuit and that you have "burned that bridge". Very unprofessional, I highly highly do NOT recommend going here!
I just tried to make an appt for my cat who has s possible injury to her eye and I was told that because I wasn't a "loyal" client (at least 1 visit a yr) they would not see me. They have been the only vet I have ever used but have been lucky to have healthy pets...Pet Street...here we come
Rushed in because my dog was vomiting profusely and vomited up blood. Took care of my dog immediately. Extremely knowledgeable and took time to discuss cost of everything with me (which was extremely kind as most vets just bombard you with the bill at the end of the visit). They even reimbursed me after taking a deeper look at the medication that my dog needed and realized there was a cheaper option. Overall cost for using the emergency clinic was very reasonable. I know my dog is in good hands and will highly recommend this vet.
