Great place to go
I'm new to the Norwich area and I went in to see what it was like and get some help from the librarians about finding books and getting a card. Both times I went in they weren't very friendly or willing to help. If customer service is your thing, this isn't the place for you.
It's a library, what's not to love? Lol.
