Spent 20 minutes to get a rep on the line, only to be told that they couldn't help me with my billing issue. When I asked if I could speak to my insurance company directly, they said they wouldn't let me do it, even after they didn't solve my issue. I ended up having to pay reinstatement fees because of this situation. I switched insurance companies a week after, and couldn't be happier. Go with a company that cares about your needs, because this company doesn't. Thank goodness I never had to file a claim!
