Very Knowledgeable folks for your pool and spa needs.
We bought a hot tub and had something go wrong. It took them 2 months and 4 phones to them to find out what was going on. Horrible place! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! They do not return phone calls, and their service guy is a jerk! They don't know what customer service is.
I love the view from our Campsite. It is beautiful.
I entered a contract for full service for 6 weeks while I was on vacation out of the area. Upon return I was faced with "explanations" of problems with the pool water (phosphates) and pool filter problems and resultant service calls and part replacements that had been done -- quite am expensive surprise. I also had a problem with the backwash valve after return, and went two weeks after asking for help without any help coming. Their explanation was that I would have to wait until they had other customers to handle in Sidney to share their travel costs.
Horrible service.
