Wonderful to go eat. Warm atmosphere, delicious food, reasonable prices, excellent service and a romantic atmosphere as well.
The steak was good. Waitress was 'new' and didn't know much about the menu, but she was pleasant. The food was standard fare.

We have been to Fred's on a Friday night before. We usually eat from the menu and the food is good. Once before we had the buffet which was very good with a good variety. This time, the seafood choices were good, but not very fresh. The ribs were a bit too done.
Travel to the area often as seasonally it has much to offer. Stay at Fred's always because between the excellent menu options, all - you - can eat buffet, and clean comfy rooms, your stay will only be enhanced!
Food is always well prepared. Never had a meal I didnt like here. A good place for everyone from just 1 person to a whole wedding. They have rooms as well but cant say anything about them. Have never stayed in one but hear good things. Also this is the only place in Norwich to order an Old Fashioned at the bar.
